Flash Gas Apps Privacy Policy

“Flash Gas” or the “Company” is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, and in this regard we inform you of the following:

Flash Gas and its affiliates, through the application called “Flash Gas”, applications offer mobile phones and related services that allow Users to arrange and schedule the logistics and delivery services of goods with third-party providers and Retailers that have agreements with Flash Gas or some of its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) on the FLASH platform and Flash Gas websites. The user who accesses, navigates, or uses Flash Gas and the Flash Gas websites for the purpose of receiving delivery services that include the delivery of goods, from Delivery Partners will be referred to hereinafter as the ” User”.

This Flash Gas Privacy Notice (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Notice”) and Flash Gas’s Terms and Conditions of Use, establish the basis on which the Personal Data collected will be processed.

Please read this Privacy Notice to understand the considerations and practices related to User Personal Data, as well as the treatment that will be given to such data. By accessing or browsing Flash Gas, the User, by that act, understands and accepts the Privacy Notice.

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully, fully understand and accept it before using Flash Gas. If the User does not agree with any point of this Privacy Notice, they must stop using Flash Gas immediately. When the User uses Flash Gas, they have accepted that Flash Gas may collect, disclose, store, use, process, share, transmit and protect the User’s Personal Data, in compliance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

  1. Processing of Personal Information

Flash Gas is owned and operated by UHM TECHNOLOGIES LLC. Flash Gas may obtain, disclose, use, process, store and transmit the User’s Personal Data and will process and treat the User’s Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and with the Law.

  1. Collection of Personal Information

2.1 Flash Gas may collect Personal Information, including, but not limited to, the following information:

i. Personal Information

The User may be required to provide their mobile phone number, name, email address and other relevant Personal Data in Flash Gas. Flash Gas will recognize the identity of the User and will provide the User with the services offered in Flash Gas. Flash Gas collects such information in accordance with the laws and regulations for the safety of both personal and property of the User. If the User does not provide such information, the User may not have full access to the Flash Gas Services.

ii. Information that the User may provide

The User may, at his sole discretion, provide his photograph, address and other Personal Data, among other data.

iii. Location

Flash Gas will collect the User’s location information whenever Flash Gas is running in the foreground (application open and on screen). Flash Gas obtains the location of the User through the IP address, GPS, and other sensors that offer relevant information (such as nearby devices that provide information to Flash Gas, Wi-Fi access points and base station information) to provide the Services in a better way.

IV. Message Information

FLASHGAS may store the content of the messages that the User makes or sends through Flash Gas, including, but not limited to, the Name and mobile phone number of the parties in communication. Flash Gas will delete such information upon completion of the delivery service.

v. Status of operations and orders

Flash Gas may record the status of the User’s orders and operations. Flash Gas collects such information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for the sake of personal safety and the User’s assets and to have evidence in case of disputes.

2.2 Evaluation Information

The User will be able to evaluate the Delivery Partner and the Designated Merchant Partner anonymously in Flash Gas. In the event that the User includes his Personal Information during said process, it may be disclosed to the Designated Delivery Partner.

2.3 Financial Data

Flash Gas may collect the User’s Financial Data to collect and distribute money to the User’s designated account and for any other purpose related to the provision of the Services.

2.4 Customer Service

When the User contacts the customer service team, Flash Gas
will record the information of the User’s call, his comments or suggestions, the name and contact information and any other information provided by the User through call recording and manual registration, so that Flash Gas
can handle disputes, solve problems or give feedback to the User. If the User refuses that Flash Gas
collect such information, such refusal may result in our customer service team not being able to resolve disputes, but will not affect the use of Flash Gas’s core business functions
by the User.

2.5 Data Analysis

To improve Flash Gas services, Flash Gas
will collect the User’s access information, including search content, IP address, device information and location, thus providing the User with more personalized and convenient services. Flash Gas
will use the browser’s storage mechanism and the data cache to collect and collect information on the User’s device.

2.6 Third Party Services

While the User makes use of services offered by third parties, Flash Gas
will collect (including the information provided by the User and the information recorded by the system) the necessary Personal Information of the User and share it with the third party that provides the services, so that the third party can provide the User with the appropriate services. If the User refuses to have such information collected, he may not be able to use third party services through Flash Gas, but such a refusal will not affect the use of the main business functions of Flash Gas
by the User.

3.1 Flash Gas
may request some permissions on the User’s device. Users will be deemed to grant Internet access permissions on the device when accessing or using Flash Gas.

3.2 The User may decide to cancel all or some of the permissions on the device to prevent Flash Gas
collect the relevant Personal Information. The way to grant and cancel permissions might be different for different devices. Please contact system and device developers for detailed information.

  1. Storage of Personal Information

4.1 Period of Storage of Personal Data Flash Gas will keep the Personal Information of the User without interruption while he uses the services of Flash Gas

ii. In case the User cancels his account in Flash Gas
Flash Gas will keep the User’s Personal Information for the sake of personal safety and the User’s assets, unless the User expressly requests Flash Gas
failure to do so or the applicable law or regulation establishes otherwise.

iii. If the User wishes to delete his Personal Information, he may contact the customer service area to submit the corresponding request. Flash Gas
will delete your Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations within a reasonable period of time.

4.2 Storage of Information

i. The User’s Personal Information collected by Flash Gas
will be transmitted and stored in data centers in Spain, USA or any other appropriate place that is controlled by Flash Gas
and its subsidiaries, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Use of Personal Information

5.1 The User acknowledges and accepts that the User’s Personal Information will be used for the purposes specified in the “Personal Information Collection” section.

5.2 The User acknowledges and accepts that the User’s Personal Information may be used in cases directly or reasonably related to the objectives established in the “Personal Information Collection” section:

i. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas may analyze the Personal Information to provide the User with a more personalized and convenient service.

ii. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas may design, develop and promote new products and services based on the statistics of the User’s Personal Information.

iii. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas may analyze the User’s Personal Information and share such statistics with the public or a third party for the purpose of providing the Services.

iv. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas will send the User information and notices by different means, which may include, among others, the verification code, the necessary notifications related to the products or services, news about Flash Gas services, as well as marketing activities and special promotional information, as well as promotional information from third parties that collaborate with Flash Gas or other content that may interest the User. If the User does not wish to continue receiving the aforementioned information, they can unsubscribe.

5.3 Flash Gas will notify the User in the event that it uses the User’s Personal Information beyond the scope that is directly or reasonably related to the objectives established in this Privacy Notice.

  1. Sharing, transfer and publicity of Personal Data

6.1 The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas will maintain the confidentiality of the User’s Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations. Flash Gas will not share the User’s Personal Data with other people, except in the following cases:

i. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas
may share User Personal Information for the purpose of carrying out the legitimate business purposes of its affiliates and subsidiaries.

ii. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas may share the User’s Personal Information with third parties to provide the Services to the User through Flash Gas. For example, Flash Gas may share information about the User with the Designated Delivery Partner, in addition to including the telephone number and other Personal Data that Flash Gas
require.

iii. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas provides reciprocal services together with external cooperatives that provide services (hereinafter referred to as “External Cooperatives”). To improve the Services, Flash Gas may share the User’s Personal Data with its affiliated companies and External Cooperatives.

iv. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas may transfer the Personal Information of the User to vendors, service providers and other partners that support the business of Flash Gas internationally, for example through the provision of technical infrastructure services, the analysis of the use of services by Flash Gas, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the services, the provision of services to the client or facilitating and processing payments. These partners must adhere to strict confidentiality obligations that are in accordance with this Privacy Notice and with the agreements that Flash Gas celebrate with them.

v. When the User uses third-party services through Flash Gas, the User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas
will share the User’s Personal Information with the third party that provides said services.

In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the User, the User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas
may provide the interested parties with the necessary information to resolve any dispute related to any operation.

vii. The User acknowledges and accepts that Flash Gas
may deliver the Personal Information of the User to the administrative or judicial authorities, in accordance with the applicable laws or regulations

viii. To the extent permitted or required by applicable laws or regulations, User acknowledges and agrees that User Personal Information may be disclosed as necessary to protect the public interest.

x. Other situations that the User allows.

6.2 Flash Gas
will not deliver the User’s Personal Information to any third party that is not contemplated in this Privacy Notice, unless the User’s consent is obtained. Flash Gas
will enter into a strict confidentiality agreement with the third party with which it shares the User’s Personal Information, requesting it to take the necessary security and confidentiality measures to process such information.

6.3 Flash Gas
will maintain the confidentiality of the User’s Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Flash Gas
will not publicly disclose such information unless he has previously given his consent or explicit authorization, or in accordance with what is required by law.

6.4 In the event of any acquisition, merger, restructuring or other changes, Flash Gas
will require his successor to comply with this Privacy Notice. If said successor needs to change the purpose of use of Personal Information, he must obtain the prior explicit consent of the User.

8.1 Access

The User can access their Personal Information in Flash Gas
in the following ways:

i. Bill

The User can access his Personal Information and other information that he has provided through his account in Flash Gas.

ii. Trip

The User will be able to access the status of the order and the transaction in Flash Gas.

iii. Purse

The User will be able to access the payment method, payment record and other information through the Flash Gas wallet function..

8.2 Rectification

The User has the right to make corrections and updates to his Personal Information. The User may correct or modify their Personal Information in Flash Gas
submitting a correction request to the Flash Gas customer service team
or in the following ways:

i. Bill

The User may correct or modify their Personal Information through their Flash Gas account..

ii. Setting

The User can correct or modify the password and other information through the Profile function of Flash Gas.

iii. Purse

The User can correct or modify the Financial Data and other information through the wallet function of Flash Gas.

8.3 Opposition

Flash Gas
will protect the right of the User to withdraw their consent in the following ways:

i. The commercial information sent by Flash Gas
will indicate to the User the specific way to unsubscribe, and the User may withdraw their consent by unsubscribing as described in the commercial information.

ii. The User may withdraw to Flash Gas
the authorization to access your Personal Information through the configuration of the device, canceling the corresponding permissions of the same (including location, address book, images, microphone, camera, notifications, etc.).

iii. The User may also withdraw part of the authorization by canceling the bank card information, deleting information, etc.

When the User withdraws their consent or authorization, Flash Gas may not continue to provide the User with the services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization. However, if the User withdraws their consent or authorization, this will not affect the processing of Personal Information based on the consent they have given before withdrawing it.

8.4 If the User cannot access, rectify, cancel or delete their Personal Information and withdraw their consent, they may contact the customer service team online or by telephone through the “Support” function of Flash Gas.

  1. Shared User Data

9.1 It is possible that the User discloses his Personal Information or allows third parties to access it when sharing his location, order or any other Personal Data with other people or with external service providers, or when he uses said information in conjunction with the services of third parties or use third party service links.

9.2 We recommend that the User read the privacy notice of said social networks or external service providers to understand how they process the User’s Personal Information. The User will be responsible for the consequences of providing or sharing his Personal Information with such third parties or other persons when using third party services, and the corresponding responsible party will bear the responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

9.3 When the User publicly shares any information in Flash Gas
, anyone can see or access that information when using Flash Gas
, such as photos, evaluations and other information uploaded by the User to Flash Gas
. As the information voluntarily shared by the User when using our services may involve the Personal Information of the User or of other persons, the User must be careful and assume their own responsibility.

10.1 In case any of the following changes occur in Flash Gas, Flash Gas
will make the corresponding modifications to this Privacy Notice in a timely manner:

i. Changes to the business functions of Flash Gas.

ii. Changes to the rules of use of the User’s Personal Data.

iii. Changes in contact information for Flash Gas
and on their channels to file complaints.

iv. Other changes that may affect the security of Personal Data or the privacy rights of the User.

10.2 Flash Gas
will not limit the rights of the User in accordance with this Privacy Notice without the express consent of the User.

10.3 Unless otherwise specified, the updated Privacy Notice will be effective from the date of publication.

  1. Definition and Scope of Personal Information

11.1 “Personal Data” refers to all information that allows the identity of a natural person to be identified, by itself or jointly (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”), where appropriate, and for the purposes of this Policy includes, among other information, the name, mobile phone number, photograph, postal address, location, access information, search content, device information, telecom operator and IP address

“Flash Drivers” or the “Company”, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, and in this regard we inform you of the following:

Flash Drivers and its affiliates through the application and website called “Flash Gas” provide online applications and related services, which allow customers (hereinafter the “Users”) to place orders related to aluminum and steel tanks and order logistics and delivery Services (hereinafter the ” Orders”), and arrange such logistics opportunities and delivery services to independent delivery service providers (hereinafter the “Services”). This independent delivery service provider who accesses, browses or uses the relevant websites of Flash Drivers and Flash Gas to provide delivery services that include the delivery of goods, to the User is hereinafter referred to as “Delivery Partner”.

This Flash Drivers Privacy Notice (hereinafter, “Privacy Notice”), together with the Flash Drivers Terms and Conditions of Use, establish the bases on which the personal data collected will be processed.

Please read this Privacy Notice to understand Distributor Partner’s views and practices regarding personal data and how the data will be treated. When accessing or browsing the Flash Drivers, Distributor agrees to accept the Privacy Notice.

immediately. When the Delivery Partner starts using Flash Drivers, it is understood that the Delivery Partner accepts that Flash Drivers
may collect, disclose, store, use, process, share, transfer and protect the personal data of the Delivery Partner in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Flash Drivers is owned and operated by UHM TECHNOLOGIES LLC, Flash Drivers
will process the Personal Data of the Delivery Partner in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the Law.

  1. Collection of Personal Data.

2.1 Flash Drivers
will process the following personal data:

i. Personal information

Flash Drivers will process the name of the Delivery Partner, the mobile phone number, the official identification.

Flash Drivers will recognize the identity of the Delivery Partner and provide services to the Delivery Partner in Flash Drivers.

As necessary, the Delivery Partner must provide the make, model and color of the vehicle, the vehicle registration certificate and official vehicle documentation, as well as the name, mobile phone number, a scanned copy of the official identification, photograph and postal address, location and identification code of the device.

Flash Drivers collects such information in accordance with laws and regulations, for security reasons and for the safety of Delivery Partners, Users and Recipients of Delivery Services. If the Delivery Partner does not provide such information, the Delivery Partner may not be able to fully access the Flash Drivers Services.

ii. Location

Flash Drivers will collect the location information of the Delivery Partner when Flash Drivers
is running in the foreground (app open and on screen) or in the background (app open but not on screen) of the Delivery Partner’s device. Flash Drivers will obtain the location of the Delivery Partner through IP address, GPS and other sensors that provide relevant information (such as providing Flash Drivers nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and base station information) to better provide the Services.

iii. Trip

Flash Drivers will collect the place of departure and destination of the Delivery Partner, the pickup and destination locations of the applicable Products, and the duration and mileage information. Flash Drivers collects the aforementioned information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, the protection of the personal safety and property of the Delivery Partner, to determine the Delivery Fee, as well as the need to deal with the Distributor Partner’s disputes in accordance with the Flash Drivers rules.

iv. Message Information

Flash Drivers
may store the content of the messages that the Delivery Partner makes or sends through Flash Drivers
, including, but not limited to, the Name and mobile phone number of the parties in communication. Flash Drivers
will delete said information upon completion of the delivery service.

v. Order status and transaction

Flash Drivers
You will be able to record the orders of the Delivery Partners and the status of the transactions. Flash Drivers
collects such information in accordance with laws and regulations for the personal and property safety of the Delivery Partner, to determine the delivery rate and evidence of disputes.

saw. Qualification Information

The Delivery Partner will be able to view the User’s evaluation anonymously on both sides.

vii. Financial data

Flash Drivers
may collect the Financial Data of the Delivery Partner (credit or debit card information) or any other payment method, bank accounts, invoice records, payment records, credit bureau records, payment receipts, tax identification information ( Federal Taxpayer Registry in “RFC”), any other tax information required to produce valid invoices, such as CSD and FIEL files, financial records, income records, tax returns, and any other patrimonial information that may be relevant to Flash Drivers
to provide the Services directly or through a third party to collect and distribute money to the account designated by the Delivery Partner, and for any other purpose related to the provision of the Delivery Services.

viii. Sensitive Personal Data

Flash Drivers
can collect a non-criminal record (issued by the competent authorities) of the Delivery Partners, to ensure that the Delivery Partner meets the mandatory requirement to operate in Flash Drivers
. By uploading the proof of criminal record, the Delivery Partner authorizes Flash Drivers
to collect, transfer, store and use such evidence in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Flash Drivers
will process your digital image for facial recognition purposes in order to perform identification, authentication / verification of your identity.

ix. User Service

When the Delivery Partner contacts the customer service team, Flash Drivers
will record the Delivery Partner’s call information, the Delivery Partner’s comments or suggestions, name and contact information, and other information provided by the Delivery Partner through call recording and manual input, so that Flash Drivers
can handle disputes, resolve issues, or provide feedback to the Delivery Partner. If the Delivery Partner objects to Flash Drivers
collect such information, our customer service team will not be able to handle and resolve disputes, but this will not affect the basic business functions of Flash Drivers for the Delivery Partner

x. operational activities

The Delivery Partner may be required to provide certain information, which may include the Delivery Partner’s name, photograph, mailing address, contact information and bank card number. xi. Analysis of data

To improve Flash Drivers services
, Flash Drivers
may collect the Delivery Partner’s registration information, if applicable, including search content, IP address, device (including device model, device identification code, operating system and telecommunications operator), the location in order to provide the Delivery Partner with more personalized and convenient services. Flash Drivers
will use the browser’s storage mechanism and data cache to collect and store information on the Delivery Partner’s device.

xii. Thirdparty services

During the use of third party services by the Delivery Partner, Flash Drivers
will collect (including the information provided by the delivery partner and the information recorded by the system) the necessary personal data from the Delivery Partner and may share it with the third party providing such services, so that the third party can provide the Delivery Partner with the services suitable. If the Delivery Partner declines the collection of such information, the Delivery Partner may not be able to use third party services.

  1. Device permissions

3.1 Flash Drivers may request some of the permissions of the Delivery Partner’s device. The Delivery Partner will grant his device permission for Internet access when accessing or using Flash Drivers.

3.2 The Delivery Partner may choose to close some or all of the permissions on the device, to prevent Flash Drivers from
collect the relevant personal data. For different devices, the way to display the permissions and the way to close may be different, please contact the device and system developers for more information.

  1. Storage of Personal Data

4.1 Period of storage of Personal Data.

4.1.1 Flash Drivers will keep the Personal Data of the Delivery Partners continuously while the services of Flash Drivers are used.

4.1.2 The Delivery Partner may not directly cancel the account in Flash Drivers via the Flash Drivers configuration function. Even if the Delivery Partner requests to delete their account, Flash Drivers will retain the Delivery Partner’s Personal Data for the personal and property security of the delivery partners, unless expressly requested not to do so by the Delivery Partner, or otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

4.1.3 If the Delivery Partner wishes to delete their personal data, they can contact customer service to submit the deletion request. Flash Drivers will delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Flash Drivers
will no longer use the personal information of the Delivery Partner for the purpose of commercial use within the minimum storage period stipulated by laws and regulations.

4.2 Data Storage

4.2.1 The Personal Data of the Delivery Partner collected by Flash Drivers will be transferred and stored in Madrid Spain, USA or any other place as appropriate and in accordance with current laws and regulations, which are controlled by Flash Drivers and its affiliates.

4.3 Use of Personal Data

4.3.1 The Delivery Partner fully acknowledges and accepts that the Delivery Partner’s Personal Data may be used in usage scenarios that are directly or reasonably related to the purposes set forth in the “Personal Data Collection” clause.

4.3.2 The Delivery Partner fully acknowledges and agrees that Flash Drivers may analyze personal data to provide the Delivery Partner with a more personalized and convenient service.

4.3.3 The Delivery Partner fully acknowledges and accepts that Flash Drivers may design, develop and promote new products and services based on the personal data statistics of Delivery Partners.

4.3.4 The Delivery Partner fully acknowledges and accepts that Flash Drivers may analyze the personal information of Delivery Partners and share such statistics with the public or third parties for the purpose of providing the Services.

4.3.5 The Delivery Partner fully acknowledges and accepts that Flash Drivers will send the information and notifications of the Delivery Partner through various channels, including, but not limited to, the verification code, the notifications sent necessary when using the products or services, the news about Flash Drivers services, as well as marketing activities and information about special promotions, and promotional information from third parties in cooperation with Flash Drivers, or other content in which the Delivery Partner may be interested. If the Delivery Partner does not wish to continue receiving the aforementioned, the Delivery Partner may unsubscribe.

4.3.6 In case Flash Drivers use Personal Data of the Delivery Partner beyond the scope that is directly or reasonably related to the purposes established in this Privacy Notice, Flash Drivers will inform the Delivery Partners in detail.

  1. Exchange, Transfer and Publicity of Personal Data.

5.1 The Delivery Partner fully acknowledges and accepts that Flash Drivers will maintain the Personal Data of the Delivery Partner in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The Delivery Partner fully acknowledges and agrees that Flash Drivers
may share and/or transfer the personal data of the Delivery Partner to third parties in the following situations:

i. For the achievement of legitimate business purposes for its affiliates and subsidiaries that operate under the same privacy policies as Flash Drivers, which comply with all applicable laws. This transfer of personal information is not based on the consent of the Delivery Partner.

may share the personal information of the Delivery Partner with the affiliated company and Cooperative Third Parties.

iv. To vendors, service providers and other partners who globally support the Flash Drivers business, such as providing technical infrastructure services, providing criminal record investigation services, analyzing how Flash Drivers services are used, measure the effectiveness of the services, provide service to the User or facilitation and processing of payments. These partners must adhere to strict confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Notice and the agreements that Flash Drivers established with the Delivery Partners.

When the Delivery Partner uses the services of third parties through Flash Drivers, the Delivery Partner fully acknowledges and accepts that Flash Drivers will share the personal data of the Delivery Partner with the third party that provides the services. This transfer of personal data is not based on the consent of the Delivery Partner.

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Delivery Partners, Flash Drivers can provide interested parties with the information necessary to resolve any transaction dispute. This transfer of personal data is not based on the consent of the Delivery Partner.

viii. As required or permitted by applicable laws or regulations, personal data may be provided for the protection of the public interest. This transfer of personal information is not based on the consent of the Delivery Partner.

5.2 Other situations.

5.2.1 Flash Drivers will keep the Personal Data of the Delivery Partner confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Flash Drivers will not publicly disclose the Personal Data of the Delivery Partner unless the Delivery Partner has previously given their consent or express authorization, or as required by law.

5.2.2 In the event of acquisition, merger, reorganization and other changes, Flash Drivers will require your successor to comply with this Privacy Notice. If the successor needs to modify the purposes of the use of Personal Data, the successor must obtain the express consent of the Delivery Partner previously.

IT WILL NOT TRANSFER THE PROOF OF NON-CRIMINAL RECORDS AND OTHER PERSONAL DATA OF THE DELIVERY PARTNER TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Flash Drivers
YOU WILL ONLY COLLECT, ANALYZE, TRANSFER AND SAVE THE DELIVERY PARTNER’S DELIVERY FINANCIAL DATA AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES.

  1. Rights of the Distribution Partners

The Delivery Partner can access their Personal Data through Flash Drivers
in the following ways:

7.1 Access

The Delivery Partner can access their Personal Data through Flash Drivers
in the following ways

i. Bill

The Delivery Partner can access the Personal Data of the Delivery Partner and other information provided by the Delivery Partner through the Delivery Partner’s account in Flash Drivers.

ii. Trip.

The Delivery Partner can access the status of the order and the transaction in Flash Drivers.

iii. Purse

The Dealer Partner can access the payment method, payment record and other information through the wallet function of Flash Drivers.

7.2 Rectification

The Delivery Partner has the right to make corrections or updates to the Personal Data. The Delivery Partner can correct or modify their personal data on Flash Drivers
by submitting your correction request to the User service team or in the following ways:

i. Bill

The Delivery Partner can correct or modify the Personal Data of the Delivery Partner through the Delivery Partner’s account in Flash Drivers.

ii. Setting

The Dealer Partner can correct or modify the password and other information through the configuration function of Flash Drivers.

iii. Purse

The Dealer Partner can correct or modify the financial data and other information through the wallet function of Flash Drivers.

7.3 Opposition

7.3.1 Flash Drivers will protect the Delivery Partner’s right to withdraw the delivery partner’s consent in the following ways:

i. The commercial information sent by Flash Drivers, will inform the Distributor Partner the specific way to cancel the subscription, and the Distributor Partner may revoke the Distributor Partner consent through the unsubscribe form described in the “Commercial Information” section.

ii. The Delivery Partner may revoke the authorization of the Delivery Partner to access the Personal Data of the Delivery Partner to Flash Drivers
through the device settings function to close the corresponding permissions of the device (including location, address book, photo, microphone, camera, notification, etc.).

iii. The Delivery Partner may also revoke his authorization by canceling the link of the bank card, deleting information, etc.

7.3.2 When the Distributor Partner revokes his consent or authorization, Flash Drivers
You will not be able to continue providing the Delivery Partner with the services corresponding to the revoked authorization. However, the revocation of the consent or authorization of the Delivery Partner does not affect the processing of Personal Data based on your prior consent to the revocation.

7.4 If the Delivery Partner is unable to access, rectify, cancel or delete their personal data and revoke their consent, the Delivery Partner may contact the User service team online or by phone through the “customer service” function of Flash Drivers.

7.5 Limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data

Yo. The Delivery Partner may limit the use and/or disclosure of their personal data by contacting the User support team online or by phone through the “customer support” function of Flash Drivers. In the event that your request meets the requirements of the Law, we will proceed to include it in our “Exclusion List”.

8.1 In the case of the following Flash Drivers changes, Flash Drivers

8.2 Flash Drivers
will not reduce the Delivery Partner’s rights under this Privacy Notice without the Delivery Partner’s explicit consent.
